Deposit

Retreat deposit: $850
(Retreat Full or 1/2 Deposit is Due by April 5th)

(Final deposit 2nd 1/2 of deposit due by 4-30. Secures room and covers curation of WOCCON Retreat experiences: spa, wellness coaching, Retreat Tote (shirt, journal, water bottle, etc.), cultural experiences, virtual Meet & Greets and Q&A meetings)

(Deposits are non-refundable)

Double Occupancy Rate:  $2,850

Deposit: $850 (due 4/5/24) / 4 payments of $500

(due 9/1/24)
 

Single Occupancy Rate:  $3,850

Deposit: $850 (due 4/5/24) / 4 payments of $750

Standard check-in time: 2 pm, Check out: 10 am

​​Deposits are used to secure your spot and are non-refundable. Payment in full must be made by 9/1/2024. Room may be canceled if payment is not received. 

 

All attendees receive one (1) spa treatment, wellness coaching, cultural experience tour, retreat tote and t-shirt, journal, and water bottle.

Exclusions:
Prices do NOT include airport transfers outside of the scheduled group pick-up and drop-off, optional tours, non-group meals, tips & gratuities, increase in local taxes, early check-in & late check-out, or travel insurance.
