  3. You will be invited to submit your deposit and start your payment plan.

  4. You will also be invited to our monthly "Utopia Meet & Greet and Q&A" calls to get to know other attendees better & receive updates.

  • Discounts: Receive a $100 credit for each friend or family member that attends the retreat! Credits are applied once full payments are received.

  • Double occupancy guests are responsible for identifying your roommate. Utopia Retreats will assist however if we have an odd number of attendees, one will be responsible for the single occupancy rate of $4895 + $750 deposit  (discounted rates apply)

  • Please note: Full payment due by Jan 15, 2026 - otherwise, rooms may be canceled.

  • Payment plans do not include the deposit

  • Full COVID-19 Vaccines are required
