  2. Schedule your intake call to answer questions and ensure expectations and alignment. (The link is at the bottom of the registration form.)

  3. You will be invited to submit your deposit and start your payment plan.

  4. You will also be invited to our monthly "Utopia Meet & Greet and Q&A" calls to get to know other attendees better & receive updates.

  • Discounts: Receive a $100 credit for each friend or family member that attends the retreat! Credits are applied once full payments are received.

  • Discounts: Receive a $100 credit when paying in full

  • Double occupancy guests are responsible for identifying your roommate. Utopia Retreats will assist however if we have an odd number of attendees, one will be responsible for the single occupancy rate +  deposit  (discounted rates apply)

  • Please note: Full payment due by Oct, 2026 - otherwise, rooms may be canceled.

  • Payment plans do not include the deposit
