Koren Bowman

Koren U. Bowman is the Founder and CEO of KU Real Estate Group of Keller Williams, which is based in the Raleigh and Greater Charlotte area of North Carolina. She is also the Owner and Operator Principal for Keller Williams Premier. In addition, to supporting her clients and other agents through success in their real estate transactions, she also is a huge advocate of building wealth through home ownership. Koren, alongside her husband Marcus has built a multi-million real estate investment company. Koren is dedicated to using her companies as catalysts to help shape the real estate community by continuing to inspire and empower individuals and local businesses throughout. With over 15 years of experience, Koren is committed to serving her community through the transactional and wealth-building process of residential and commercial

real estate. She is also a Certified Luxury Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist and founding member of Keller Williams Sports and Entertainment Division. Her diverse portfolio and experience have been able to provide her clients with an exclusive and inclusive experience to meet all their real estate needs. In addition, she uses KU Real Estate Group’s platform to offer influential and impactful educational services, quality client and corporate relations, and cutting-edge strategies to better serve her clientele and community.

She is a proud graduate of Virginia State University with a degree in Economics and Finance and continues to support her alma mater, along with other local universities and colleges located throughout North Carolina. She knew early on in her career that it would eventually lead her to real estate. For the past several years Koren has built her business and has successfully been one of Keller William’s top performing agents, Master Educator and Trainer, and business coach to help educate her community as well as other real estate professionals.

In addition to real estate, Koren is also very active in the community through ministry, community service, and engagement. In 2015, she started her very own non-profit, Christ Saves Hearts Foundation, Inc. This organization serves its purpose to create advocacy for heart health, provide scholarships to minority high school and college students, and has been the creator and push for the North Carolina Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Act for Student Athletes. She is a strong advocate of community outreach and has partnered up with various organizations such as Citizens Schools, The Boys and Girls Club, Urban Ministries, Junior Achievement, American Heart Association, KW Cares, KW Kids Can and many others. One of the most essential initiatives is becoming a change agent in the Diversity Equity and Inclusion efforts in the real estate industry. Koren currently serves as Keller Williams National and Regional Social Equity Leader and Ambassador. In addition, she served as the 2021 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Chair of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors where she was able to break through many barriers. One of her proudest accomplishments is the Diversity Alliance Pledge that has created vast attention across the industry. This initiative was created to take a comprehensive approach that fosters a standard of diversity, access, equity, and inclusion. Koren continues to use her platform to create a more inclusive real estate industry by collaborating with others to continue to break down barriers and be part of a revolutionary growth model that will forever change our industry and the communities in which we live and serve.
